Refund policy

Because our products are made-to-order, return eligibility depends on whether the item is personalized/customized.

Standard (Non-Personalized) Made-to-Order Items

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery for non-personalized items.
  • Items must be unused and returned in original condition.
  • Return shipping costs: customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged/defective.

Custom / Personalized Items (Final Sale)

  • All personalized items and custom designs are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges once production has started.
  • Please double-check spelling, dates, sizes, and customization details before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we’ll make it right.
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include your order number and photos of the product + packaging/box + shipping label
  • If confirmed damaged/defective, we will provide a resolution (replacement/remake/refund as appropriate).
  • We cover costs related to damaged/defective resolutions (replacement shipment and any required return shipping, if applicable).
